We got a quick lunch and ordered shahi paneer, kaali daal, garlic naan and tawa roti. I liked the tawa roti it was very soft and homelike. Paneer was a little sweet but I liked it.

stopped at this gas station late at night to pay for gas with cash, but my experience was extremely frustrating. The employee on duty told me to wait 10 minutes while she stepped away. I waited patiently for over 10 minutes, but she never came back to assist me. During this time, I noticed that other customers were also waiting and becoming frustrated due to the lack of service. As a customer paying with cash, I had no option but to rely on the employee, and being ignored like this is completely unacceptable. There was no communication, no update, and no respect for customers’ time. This shows very poor customer service and unprofessional behavior. Management seriously needs to address this issue and ensure employees are responsible and attentive, especially during night shifts.

Amazing food, we went with whole family after my wife discovered this place last time, we did not disappointed, we were there for Amritsari kulche and they were almost identical to one we ate in Amritsar, punjab, loved chole bhathure too!

Best amritsari kulcha in U.S. Chache Da Dhaba is a must-try in Stockton! The Amritsari kulcha is crispy and flavorful, the samosa chaat is perfectly tangy and delicious, and the chai is rich and comforting. Feels just like authentic Punjabi street food—highly recommended!

The owner was very generous. He had almost closed the restaurant but opened it again for us. We ordered Amritsari Kulchas and Samosa chat. The kulchas were very authentic. Reminded me of the one I ate in Amritsar. He also made fresh tea for us. I would definitely visit this place again when in town. Overall this place is a must try for its authentic food and the hospitality of the owner.
